Daniel Hornsby is a writer and musician based in Minneapolis. His latest novel Sucker came out on Anchor in 2023, and his debut Via Negativa was published by Knopf in 2020. His stories and essays have appeared in Bookforum, the Kenyon Review, and the Missouri Review. His music, under the name True Green, has been featured on Stereogum, WFMU, and the Current.
